Great performances at all levels

Duathlon National Series, ALSAA/BHAA and Dunboyne Cross Country's and Operation Transformation 5k

Lucan's Will Byrne followed up his sixth place in Race 1 of the Duathlon National Series with a third place podium finish in Race 2 which took place in Punchestown on Sunday 21st February.  Gerry Byrne Snr followed him home having taken 5 minutes off his previous best time.

7 Lucan athletes were at the ALSAA / BHAA Cross Country race on Saturday 20th February.  Derek Taylor led the 6 Lucan men home over the 5 mile course and Bernie Stapleton flew the flag for Lucan ladies.

12 Lucan Ladies headed to the Dunboyne Meet & Train 2 mile Cross Country on Sunday 21st February.  In very challenging and muddy conditions underfoot, there were some great performanceds by the Lucan athletes with Jana Rakociova leading the Lucan A Team home and Elaine Kelly leading the Lucan C team to the finish line. 

4 Lucan fit4life athletes took part in the annual Operation Transformation 5k in the Phoenix Park on Saturday 20th February.  Joining thousands of others, Marie Collins, Anne Walker, Amanda Boland and Aideen McCormack showed how much progress they've made since starting with the Club in January.
