Fantastic run from Aoife Coffey at the Armagh International 3K on Thursday night. Aoife crossed the line in 17th place with a huge 3K pb of 9:28.

Great news just in, Saoirse Fitzgerald has signed with the @uwtrack Saoirse will head to Seattle in September to start her track scholarship with one of the premier middle distance colleges in the NCAA. The very best of luck from all of us at Lucan H

Well done to Eileen O’Brien who attended the echo awards last night at the plaza hotel.
Eileen was awarded her sports person for February last year.

On Wed night at 9pm, 3 Lucan Harriers kicked off 2026 with the 400m at the indoors in NIA.
Each athlete had a strong race, adjusted to the indoor air and ran a great opener for the indoor season.

Fantastic run from Aoife Coffey at the Battersea Park NYE 5k in London yesterday. Finishing 18th in the elite race in a time of 16:34.
Well done Aoife.
