Brilliant run from our senior womens team, of Saoirse, Izzy & Aoife, who finished 4th (of 28 teams) at the National Road Relays today in Raheny, just 3 seconds shy of the bronze. A fabulous Run by all 3 ladies.

A busy week this last week for our Middle Distance and Juvenile Groups.
Last weekend we had 4 athletes took to the line at the National Seniors Championships in Abbottstown. Both Ferdia McDonagh (1:55.82 PB) & Jacob Ciomek (1:
